List of all minor scales sound

This post includes youtube shorts that feature the sound of all natural minor scales. *Click here to hear the sound of all major scales.

Starting with the B flat minor scale, next to it is the B minor scale. You can hear that the B minor key is only slightly higher in pitch than the previous scale. The reason for that is because the root note of the B minor scale is only a half step above the root note of the previous B flat minor scale.

We have 15 youtube shorts here, but there are only 12 different natural minor scales. Some of them, like D sharp and E flat minor keys, are enharmonic minor scales, meaning these scales share the same pitches with different note names. Other enharmonic minor scales are G sharp, A flat and A sharp, B flat. However, the A sharp and B flat minor scales sound different here. The reason for that is that the notes of the A sharp minor scale are one octave higher than the notes of the B flat minor scale. These note names are the same, but they are written differently on the musical staff.
